The latest Cardinal Corner is attached.
Today we had an evacuation drill in case of a bomb threat. Hopefully, all of you received the text message about the drill. If you did not, please text "ALERT" to 22300. The kids did great, but I'm sure some of our younger students may have some questions for you. As we waited outside during the drill, I had the opportunity to look around and see just how cooperative and respectful our kids were during this important time.
Don't forget that Monday is an early dismissal at 1:00 p.m. Please read the Cardinal Corner for information on Monday afternoon's transportation. Latchkey will be open from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
For October, our virtue is RESPECT: Speaking and acting according to our own and others' rights, status, and circumstances. Once again we will be talking about what this looks and sounds like in a variety of circumstances, along with hearing about saints who exhibited respect.
