CARDINAL CARE REGISTRATION FORM

The Cardinal Care Program is available before school in the gym from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and after school in the cafeteria from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. (subject to change due to other activities). The program is open to STM students in Pre-K through 8^th grade. See the information packet for more details!

Registration Fee: $50 per child

Price per child: $6 per hour / $1.50 for every 15 minutes
