Volunteers help clients through the food pantry, organize food in the storage area, and package some food to be distributed to clients. The needs vary by day, but age-appropriate tasks are assigned.  Given their age, you adults would work directly with your children at the assigned tasks.

The volunteers are attentive to the youth and the youth come to recognize the personhood of the "needy" we talk about, being able to meet the people face-to-face and interact with adults and children from those families. 

This event is open to all Pack 452 Cub Scouts and their family members.
