Our first Early Dismissal/Teacher In-Service Day will be Friday, October 4.  If your student is transported after school by West Clermont bus, he/she will be picked up at 1:00 p.m.  All other districts (Batavia, Forest Hills, and New Richmond) will provide bus service at the regular dismissal time of 3:00 p.m.  Latchkey WILL BE AVAILABLE for a $5.00 fee that day for students who wish to attend until 3:00 p.m.; a registration form is required, but the registration fee is waived for students who attend only on Early Dismissal days from 1:00-3:00 p.m.  Parents:  You must contact Angela Holtgrefe, Latchkey Director, at [email protected] by Monday, September 30 to let her know your child(ren) will be attending.   Regular Latchkey rates will apply after 3:00 p.m.   Of course, Latchkey will be open after 3:00 p.m. for those students who are registered and who normally attend between 3:00-6:00 p.m.
