New Families:
We warmly welcome our new families who have chosen St. Thomas More School for their child's education! To complete your registration process please follow the steps below. If you have any questions about the registration process contact Mrs. Marsha Barnes at 513-753-2540.
 
  • Click on the New Family Registration link to the right to complete your family registration. You will need to create an account in OptionC to begin. 
  • Once accepted, you will receive a welcome email from the school with directions to create your FACTS tuition account. The registration fee will be charged to your FACTS account within seven business days.
  • Provide the following:
    • Certified original birth certificate (will be copied and returned)
    • Health record including immunizations. Click here for forms.
    • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
    • Copy of most recent report card, standardized test, and discipline report (if applicable).
 
  • Transferring students entering grades 1-8 will need to go through the admissions process before being accepted. 
    • Jr. High students and their parents will be interviewed by the principal. 
    • Standardized test scores, recent report card, attendance, and conduct report from current school reviewed by principal.
    • Must provide copies of ISP's or Accommodation Plans/Past Evaluation documentation if applicable.
    • All transferring students will take a math and reading assessment.
 
Order of Priority Registrations:
    • Current STM students and their siblings - Preference until March 1st.
    • Parish families with new students whose siblings have graduated from STM and whose parents have remained active parishioners.
    • Children of parish families who will be enrolling for the first time in STM.
    • Non-parish families

 

Returning Families and New Siblings:

Thank you for your continued confidence in St. Thomas More School!

Log in to your OptionC account. Once logged in select "Office" then "Enrollment". Check the box of each child you wish to enroll. Be sure to save, then click submit.

  • Click the New Student registration link if you are adding a new student and provide information listed above.
  • Registration fee will be charged to your family's FACTS account within ten business days of receiving your registration.
