FINANCIAL AID APPLICATIONS
Archdiocese of Cincinnati student grant money is available to K-8 students for the 2017-2018 school year. The grant is need-based and cannot exceed $1,000 per student. The deadline to apply is February 28, 2017. Click here for more details and to apply.
If you wish to be considered for parish assistance, please select St. Thomas More from the drop down menu on the AOC application and your application will also be submitted to St. Thomas More Church. This is also need-based and only awarded to parishioners. To be considered for parish assistance, you will need to return to your application and submit your 2016 tax returns and W2s before April 30, 2017.
Parish tuition aid is provided based upon the parish’s ability to do so for families who are active participating members of the parish and who meet income requirements. A FACTS Management financial aid application must be completed and submitted by April 15, 2017 (Archdiocese grant deadline is January 31, 2017) as directed with a copy of the family's 2016 federal income tax return. The aid application is then processed and a recommendation is provided by late May or early June to the parish. Families who wish to apply for aid should do so at the time of registration. Registration will not be completed until all financial arrangements have been made. Smart Tuition monthly contracts will be processed and any financial aid decision rendered will be posted as a credit prior to the first payment in July. All approvals for financial aide must be approved by the Pastor.
