Early Dismissal Days.  Please note that our next Early Dismissal/Teacher In-Service Day will beTuesday, November 4.  Students will be dismissed at 1:00 p.m., but teachers will remain for in-service time and office staff will keep regular hours.  Bus service will be available as follows:  

West Clermont will pick up students at 1:00 p.m.  

Batavia, Forest Hills, and New Richmond will stay with their regular schedule of picking up students at 3:00 p.m.  

Latchkey will be available for $5.00 if you register your child with Mrs. Holtgrefe by October 31 via email to [email protected].  If your child does not ride a West Clermont bus and is not registered for Latchkey, you will have to pick up your student(s) at 1:00.  Regular Latchkey rates apply after 3:00 P.M.  Latchkey will remain open until 6:00 P.M. for those student who have previously registered and attend on a regular schedule.
