Instructions for Using WC Bus Route E-Link: West Clermont Bus Route E-Link contains information like your student’s bus number and pick up and drop off times. Please continue to check each evening as times could be updated over the first few weeks of school as requests for transportation of other children are still occurring frequently. This can adjust pickup and drop-off times as other children are added to buses. The best time to check your busing information is after 7:30 P.M.
The Bus Route E-Link User Name is the first two letters of your student’s last name and the first four letters of your student’s first name. Example: Charlie Brown will be brchar. The Password will be the student’s date of birth, it is 8 digits without spaces, dashes or slashes
Example: Student’s date of birth 1-12-18 - Password: 01122018. When the web page comes up, go to Students on the black bar; then click View My Students and click on your student’s name. Bus Route information will then appear on the screen. If you need to request that your child be picked up or dropped off at an address other than your home address, please submit a Transportation Request Form to Dan Harmon at dgharmon@petermannbus.
