TITLE: 309.01.01 Records Policy

An accurate and current record of each student’s attendance, scholastic grade, and standardized test scores, as well as personal information about each student, must be recorded on the approved Permanent Record Card distributed by the Superintendent of Schools. It must be available in the school at all times.
