Cub Scout Welcome Picnic and Annual Parents' Meeting

Where

STM Picnic Pavilion

Who: All returning Cub Scouts and new recruits (including girls!). Invite a friend or two!

What: Picnic with summer Court-of-Awards and annual Pack parent's meeting (with Den break-out sessions)--Boy Scouts/AOLs will be leading the boys in a series of 4 team challenge activities during the parents' meeting

When: Saturday August 24th 5-8 p.m. (see approximate schedule below)

Where: St. Thomas More Picnic Shelter

What to Bring: A 2L or 1/2 Gallon Drink to share and a side dish (see below):

A-H: dessert
I-P: vegetable side dish or salad
Q-Z: starchy side dish or salad
Note: The Pack will provide hot dogs/sausages and all tableware. Each den should bring table cloths
