Early Dismissal Days.  Please note that there are three Early Dismissal days on the school calendar this year:  September 26, November 4, and February 13.  Students will be dismissed at 1:00 p.m. on these days, but teachers will remain for in-service time and office staff will keep regular hours on these days.  Bus service will be available as follows:  

West Clermont will pick up students at 1:00 p.m.  

Batavia, Forest Hills, and New Richmond will stay with their regular schedule of picking up students at 3:00 p.m.  

Latchkey will be OPEN on these dates, but please contact Miss Angela Holtgrefe in advance at [email protected] to let her know your student will be attending.
